Mel has exhibited mainly In the UK and has sold paintings in Europe, the USA and Australia. Her colourfull creations have been published as greeting cards and can now be found in London, Surrey and Hampshire outlets, in the UK.

“I am an artist who loves using colour.
I take most of my inspiration from the colours found in nature ,the environment and from people,( the colour of their personalities ) and incorporate this into my paintings.

“Colours have different effects on us and evoke different emotions which I try to reflect in my work. Some are bright and vibrant and others are subtle and harmonious.

“I mostly enjoy working with oils on canvas but some of these are acrylics on canvas and oil pastels.
